DIO 3000 Gas stations

The telemetric station DIO 3000 Gas stations is the equipment combining the registration of data acquired during the measurement of operating values with the remote check of a control station.

Overview

The telemetric station DIO 3000 Gas stations is the equipment combining the registration of data acquired during the measurement of operating values with the remote check of a control station. The graphic monochromatic illuminated display assures the possibility to observe on the spot the time records of all readings in the same way as directly on the recording instrument without using further additional accessories. The DIO 3000 casing is shown in the picture.

The telemetric DIO 3000 station is equipment for measuring and recording of physical values, of local displaying and transmitting of the readings to a remote working place. By means of the outputs of the telemetric station also the external independent devices may be controlled. For achieving the mentioned purposes the telemetric station consists of a board of inputs and outputs, a processor board, graphic LCD lit display with a foil key board, power supply, accumulator for power supply outage bypassing, phone modem, linking cables and a metalloid casing with bushings.

The telemetric DIO station facilitates to put together sensors with analogue or binary output. In the cover part of the casing (see Fig.) there is foreseen free space provided with a DIN mounting plate, where some necessary installations for power supplying sensors and circuits for separating and amplifying the input and output signals may be assembled. The location of the mentioned auxiliary equipment should be consulted with the manufacturer or perhaps with the draughtsman designing the whole installation, the part of which the telemetric station should be. This DIO 3000 station is foreseen for stationary assembling.

Application

Based on the analogue and binary physical inputs, the telemetric station DIO3000 is able to collect values from different connected sensors (temperature, pressure, volume etc.) and provide detailed signal analysis with consequent evaluation. By software configuration, the system is able to send alarms (via GSM or e-mail) and display them on the screen.

The system can be used in all applications which require safe monitoring of important signals:

  • Gas stations
  • Vibrations
  • Turbines
