DIO 3000 TELEMETRIC STATION

The telemetric station DIO 3000 is an equip-ment combining the registration of data acqu-ired during the measurement of operating values with the remote check of a control station. The graphic monochromatic illuminated display assures the possibility to observe on the spot the time records of all readings in the same way as directly on the recording instru-ment without using further additional acces-sories. The DIO 3000 casing is shown in pic.

Application of DIO 3000 Station

The telemetric DIO 3000 station is an equipment for measuring and recording of physical values, of local displaying and transmitting of the readings to a remote working place. By means of the outputs of the telemetric station also the external independent devices may be controlled. For achieving the mentioned purposes the telemetric station consists of a board of inputs and outputs, a processor board, graphic LCD lit display with a foil key board, power supply, accumulator for power supply outage bypassing, phone modem, linking cables and a metallic casing with bushings.

The telemetric DIO station facilitates to put together sensors with analogue or binary output. In the lower part of the casing (see Fig.) there is foreseen free space provided with a DIN mounting plate, where some necessary installations for power supplying sensors and circuits for separating and amplifying the input and output signals may be assembled. The location of the mentioned auxiliary equipment should be consulted with the manufacturer or perhaps with the draughtsman designing the whole installation, the part of which the telemetric station should be. This DIO 3000 station is foreseen for stationary assembling.

Layout of the telemetric station DIO 3000
There is shown the basic layout of the telemetric station DIO 3000 for application in gasworks.

The telemetric DIO 3000 is suited not only for gas works but for many other application. The following examples deal with a transfer pumping installation. The aim of the further introduced pictures in following figures is to show the different information received by means of the station:

Survey of displays from several installations

Graphic display from several stations Survey of displays from several installations

Alarm data base from several installations

The telemetric station may be located in the supervisory service (plant dispatching). The software into all lateral installation stations may be downloaded at a distance. In the same way there is the possibility to achieve the parameterisation (range assigning), to get the readings into the telemetric station and receive the alarm calls. Shows the simple layout of an telemetric system using different transfer modes.
